And Yılmaz Argüden pointing out that existence of a vision directed for the presentation of Turkey was required in order form the future of Turkey spoke as “The essence of the new presentation strategy of Turkey shall be to present a different point of view to the world. Innovation always attracts, of course positioning is not sufficient alone. It will be necessary to perform its requirements and to bring innovations. And the most significant among these is to learn to respect differences as the community.”
The term of our cultural point of view decreased
Argüden specifying that the decrees and applications made each day also contributed the future, continued as follows:
“As many individuals and institutions are after overcoming the day, they do not realize that they skip the opportunity to from the future. Especially the improvements lived in the recent periods caused the shrinkage of viewpoint in Turkey and in the world in respect of investments. Not only our physical and financial investments, but also the term of our point of view in the intellectual extent decreased. The amount and complexity of the problems we face is making us to concentrate on the solution of daily issues. However a community dealing with extinguishing fire each day has to develop approaches intended to prevent fires in order to increase the level of prosperity and peace. The approaches that will form the future cover the common values and principles. It is necessary to involve in a management comprehension that will provide the effective and efficient utilization of actively used sources and rightful share of its income among the shareholders.”

Europe is at the end of amelioration
Dr. Joachim Behrendt telling that the Turkey could prevent its stability at the global crisis and could even increase it pointed out that the complexity of the economic condition of Europe still persisted.
While the World was looking for ways to overcome the global crisis, Dr. Joachim Behrendt Chairman of Behrendt International Consulting (BIC) Board of Directors specified that the complexity of economic condition of Europe still persisted and told that “Economic amelioration will be faster in developing countries and especially in countries having a healthy budget and foreign payments balance that are and being rich in respect of commodity. America will follow this condition and Western Europe will be at the end of this queue.”
The effect of dollar will end
Dr. Joachim Behrendt Chairman of Behrendt International Consulting (BIC) Board of Directors speaking at the meeting organized in cooperation by TABA/AmCham and BIC regarding how the companies will benefit from the current environment and how they would provide economic growth, told that the economic crisis will conclude the dominant role of west on the world economy and the effect of dollar as the global reserve currency unit. Behrendt specifying that the financial markets were still continuing to take the medicine that makes them ill, told that:
“The reason underlying the financial crisis, the over liquidity and free judicial frame are addressed only in some fields and providing cheap liquidity by the central banks and governments continued. In the mid term central banks will have to remove the liquidity from the markets in order to prevent inflation. And again in the mid term the increasing government debts will be reimbursed and liquidity will continue to decrease. The amelioration of the stock markets is arising from the liquidity searching for income and it does not fully reflect the economic reality. Company assessments being higher are dependant on the increasing company incomes, but the increase of the income arose as a result of cost limitations. There is no growth arising from the increase of sales and demand increase. It seems like the worst period of crisis is concluded, but the effects of the expected inflation constraints, the load of governmental debts and as a result the arising decrease of liquidity and measures for limiting costs seems to be not counted. In general the road to economic amelioration will be long, slow and complex. Economic amelioration will be faster in developing countries, especially in countries having a healthy budget and foreign payments balance and being rich in respect of commodities. America will follow this condition and Western Europe will be at the end of queue.”
